We can do any size event. We've done fish frys for 1100 & 2400, regularly for 300-400 people. We'll travel anywhere if the event is big enough. Food Vending/Catering Workshop Bob is available to host a teaching workshop for budding entreprenuers. Learn all aspects of Anishinabek food services from menu preparation, staffing, financing, registration, health, fire, licencing requirements. Lessons we learned from 20 years of experience, trial and error, we've already done it. Inquire about the cost to bring me in to host your agency event.

Pow Wow Chow - APTN

Chiblow Fish is featured, along with Pow Wow Cafe, on APTN at 7:00 PM, every Thursday, replayed throughout the week and in Ojibway on Fridays. For the last 2 pow wow seasons we've been shooting a docu-series called 'Pow Wow Chow', a crew filmed us at various events. We have 2 seasons with 13 episodes each, so far, we're hoping for a season 3. Invite us to your event we may shoot an episode of season 3. We hope you find this show entertaining.
